MOE Taiwan-Caltech Fellowship

Ministry of Education Taiwan-Caltech Scholarship

Applicants to one of Caltech's graduate programs who are of Taiwanese descent or citizenship are encouraged to apply to the joint fellowship with the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. The application portal for the "Taiwan-Caltech Scholarship" is open for a limited duration (for awards starting in Fall 2024 the application dates are November 14, 2023, to noon on December 8, 2023). We encourage all eligible applicants to apply, but receipt of the scholarship does not guarantee admission.

To be eligible to receive the fellowship, qualified applicants must receive an offer of admission to one of Caltech's graduate programs, and directly apply and submit application materials to the Ministry of Education through the portal no later than the posted deadline.  Application guidelines and additional information can also be found in Chinese within the portal.
